Country Day 'not liable' for crimes of 2 former students who made AI deepfakes of peers, attorney says

Lancaster Country Day School’s lawyers filed a motion Monday to dismiss a federal lawsuit claiming the school neglected to protect 59 female students from “profound and ongoing harm” when two former students made approximately 350 deepfake nude images of them.
