SynaBot Terms of Service
Last updated: 6 July 2026
1. Who you are contracting with
These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and SynaBot Inc., a Delaware corporation (registration number 10420285) with its registered office at 16192 Coastal Highway, Lewes, Delaware 19958, County of Sussex, USA ("SynaBot", "we", "us", "our"). SynaBot is the provider of the SynaBot platform, website and AI assistant services available at synabot.ai (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation.
2. The Service
SynaBot provides access to a library of specialised AI assistants, prompts, tools and related content. Free ("Lite") and paid ("Pro") plans are available. Features, limits and token allowances for each plan are described on our Pricing page and may change from time to time.
3. Accounts and account security
You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your credentials confidential. Notify us promptly at support@synabot.ai if you suspect unauthorised access. Report suspected security vulnerabilities to security@synabot.ai — see our Security & Vulnerability Reporting page.
4. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the Service. In particular you must not:
- Use the Service for anything unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, deceptive or infringing;
- Send spam, malware, or attempt to probe, scan or interfere with the Service's security;
- Scrape, reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to derive source code from the Service;
- Resell, redistribute or sublicense the Service or circumvent any technical limits, quotas or paywalls;
- Generate content that infringes third-party rights, is defamatory, sexually exploitative, promotes hate or violence, or is designed to deceive (including deepfakes);
- Attempt to jailbreak the assistants or extract system prompts or other confidential material.
5. Your content and AI outputs
You retain ownership of the prompts, files and other material you submit ("User Content"). You grant SynaBot a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, process and transmit that User Content solely to operate and improve the Service. You are responsible for having the rights necessary to submit your User Content and for how you use the outputs the assistants generate ("Outputs"). Outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete; you should verify them before relying on them and should not treat them as regulated professional (legal, medical, financial, tax) advice.
You may submit copyright or takedown notices to legal@synabot.ai. Repeated infringers will have their accounts suspended.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, assistants, prompts, brand, documentation and design, is owned by SynaBot Inc. and its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Subject to these Terms and to payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with your plan.
7. Payment, subscriptions and taxes — Paddle as Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides customer service for billing inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax collection, cancellations and refunds are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms and processed by Paddle.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price unless cancelled beforehand. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard or the Paddle customer portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay, present a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly or seriously violate our policies. You may stop using the Service at any time by closing your account. On termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately; we will delete or anonymise your account data in line with our Privacy Notice.
9. Warranties and liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SynaBot disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or that Outputs will be accurate.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SynaBot's total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Service in any 12-month period will not exceed the fees you paid us during that period. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental or special damages, or for loss of profits, data or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded, including liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your non-waivable statutory consumer rights.
10. Consumer rights
If you use the Service as a consumer, you have statutory rights under the laws of your country of residence that these Terms do not affect. Nothing in these Terms limits those rights. UK and EU consumers additionally retain any mandatory rights available under local consumer legislation.
11. Complaints and dispute resolution
If something goes wrong, please contact us first at complaints@synabot.ai. We aim to acknowledge complaints within 1 business day and to resolve them within 30 days. Full details, including how to escalate an unresolved complaint, are on our Complaints & Dispute Resolution page.
12. Indemnity
You will indemnify and hold SynaBot harmless from third-party claims arising out of your User Content, your unlawful use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the Service or by email; continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States of America, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The state and federal courts located in Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, subject to any mandatory consumer rights available to you in your country of residence.
