Accessibility Statement
SynaBot is committed to making our website usable by as many people as possible, regardless of ability or technology. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA.
What we do to keep the site accessible
- Semantic HTML with a single H1 and logical heading order on every page.
- Keyboard navigation across menus, chat, and admin interfaces.
- Descriptive link text and alt attributes on meaningful images.
- Colour palette tested for sufficient contrast against our dark theme.
- Responsive layouts that work at 200% zoom and on mobile devices.
- ARIA labels on interactive components (dialogs, tooltips, tab lists).
Known limitations
Some legacy articles imported from the previous site may contain images without descriptive alt text. We are working through the archive and adding descriptions as part of our ongoing content review.
How to report an accessibility problem
If you find something on SynaBot that is hard to use, please email hello@synabot.ai with the page URL and a short description of the issue. We aim to respond within five working days.
