How do I get access to a Labs feature?

Most Labs features roll out first to businesses with an active platform membership. Sign in and check your dashboard — anything you have access to shows up in your side menu.

Can I request a feature?

Yes — email hello@synabot.ai. Requests from paying members go straight into the planning shortlist.

Do Labs features cost extra Credits?

Labs features use the Credits shown before a job runs. Ordinary worker conversation is included and is not metered.

Is my data used to train new features?

No. SynaBot never trains third-party models on your inputs and never uses private chats to train Labs features without an explicit opt-in.

How stable are 'Now Building' features?

Building features are usable but may change weekly. If you need production-stable behaviour, wait for the 'Recently Shipped' badge.
