How do I get access to a Labs feature?

Most Labs features roll out first to SynaBot Pro accounts. Sign in and check your dashboard — anything you have access to shows up in your side menu.

Can I request a feature?

Yes — email hello@synabot.ai. Requests from paying members go straight into the planning shortlist.

Do Labs features cost extra tokens?

No — Labs features spend from your normal token wallet. Anything that changes that would be flagged clearly before launch.

Is my data used to train new features?

No. SynaBot never trains third-party models on your inputs and never uses private chats to train Labs features without an explicit opt-in.

How stable are 'Now Building' features?

Building features are usable but may change weekly. If you need production-stable behaviour, wait for the 'Recently Shipped' badge.
