Questions about membership and Credits
What does membership include?
One annual membership activates SynaBot for one business. It includes the full AI workforce, Business DNA, worker conversations, stored work, supported workflows, and 50 Included Credits every month. Unused Included Credits don't roll over, and you can add a Credit pack any time.
What do Credits pay for?
Credits pay for meaningful jobs a worker carries out, such as creating a reviewed Gmail draft, Calendar event, private Drive document, scheduled social post, or Sheets lead record. Each job shows its exact Credit cost before you approve it: Gmail draft 2, Calendar event 1, Sheets lead record 1, Drive document 4, scheduled social post 2. Conversation is not metered.
Do purchased Credits expire?
Purchased Credits remain available while the business membership is active. They are frozen if membership lapses and become usable again after reactivation.
Can Credits move between businesses?
No. Memberships and Credits belong to the business selected at checkout and cannot be transferred or pooled across businesses.
What is the refund policy?
You can get a full refund of the $199 annual membership within 14 days of purchase — just email support@synabot.ai. Purchased Credit packs are non-refundable and never expire while your account is open.
