Claude Code sessions can now talk across terminals—but Windows is excluded

Claude Code v2.1.224 lets separate sessions exchange short text summaries, reducing the need to copy context between terminals. The feature works on macOS, Linux, and Linux under WSL 2, but not native Windows or several hosted AI platforms. Source
