What is the Interview Coach?

Interview Coach is a SynaBot AI assistant that runs mock interviews, coaches STAR-format answers, and prepares candidates for behavioral, technical, and salary questions.

IVY is the persona nickname for the Interview Coach assistant — a mock-interview coach available 24/7.

What is the STAR method?

STAR stands for Situation, Task, Action, Result — a structure recruiters look for in behavioral answers. IVY reformats your answers into STAR automatically.

Can IVY help with salary negotiation?

Yes. IVY role-plays the recruiter, coaches your counter-offer language, and helps you anchor higher.

Does IVY know the company I'm interviewing with?

IVY uses general knowledge about well-known companies but does not have real-time access to internal interview loops. Share what you know for better tailoring.

How is IVY different from Resume Builder?

Resume Builder (RILEY) gets you the interview; IVY gets you the offer. Use them together.

“I'll run mock interviews, coach your STAR answers, and prep you for the salary conversation nobody teaches.”
