Before you start

  • A rough task list
  • Your calendar

Tools you'll use

  • SynaBot
  • Google Calendar

Steps

  1. 1

    Brain-dump every open task

Dump everything you owe someone this week — no editing, no prioritizing.

  2. 2

Feed it to the assistant with your calendar

Paste the list and a summary of your fixed calendar. Prompt: "Given my time, plan the top 5 priorities for this week. Cut the rest to next week or delegate."

  3. 3

    Ask for a daily plan

"For each priority, propose which day and time block it should live in. Leave 30% buffer."

  4. 4

Do the hardest thing first, on Monday

Whatever you least want to do — the assistant will usually flag it — schedule for Monday morning.

  5. 5

    Friday review

On Friday, feed back what actually shipped. Ask the assistant to spot patterns in what slipped.

What you'll have at the end

A realistic, priority-ordered weekly plan with buffer built in.
