Steps

Give the assistant the JD and your CV
Paste both. Ask it to identify the 5 competencies most likely to come up.

Draft a STAR story for each
For each competency, write one Situation/Task/Action/Result story from your actual experience.

Ask for a stress test
Prompt: "Play the role of the hiring manager. Ask me a hard behavioral question on each competency. Push back on my answers."

Practice the questions you'll ask
Ask the assistant for the 5 sharpest questions you could ask about the role or the company at the end of the interview.

Do a 45-minute live rehearsal
Use voice mode and speak your answers out loud. Reading is not the same skill.
