Before you start

  • A product catalog with structured data
  • Three brand-voice reference descriptions

Tools you'll use

  • SynaBot
  • Shopify

Steps

  1. 1

Define your voice with three examples

Paste three product descriptions you are proud of into the assistant. Tell it to match the voice, not describe it.

  2. 2

Feed the assistant the raw product data

Bullet-point the product: what it is, materials, sizes, key differentiators, ideal customer, price.

  3. 3

    Ask for a strict format

"Return: (1) 1-line hook, (2) 3 short benefit bullets, (3) 60-word body paragraph. No emojis."

  4. 4

    Batch, then edit

Run 10–20 products in one session, then edit the outputs together. Editing catches drift better than product-by-product.

  5. 5

    A/B test the hooks

Push two hooks live per SKU and let click-through decide. Feed the winners back to the assistant as new examples.

What you'll have at the end

On-brand descriptions live for every SKU, with a testing loop that keeps improving them.
