Great to have this. Mine's simple — I run a two-person accountancy practice. Where would you start? Everyone says 'automate', nobody says with what.

Start with the thing you do most often that has a predictable shape. For an accountancy practice that's usually client comms: chase emails, onboarding replies, quarterly reminders. Those are high volume, low judgement, and a bad draft costs you nothing because you read it before it sends. Don't start with anything client-facing that carries risk — advice, filings, numbers. AI is fine at the wrapper, not the ruling.

Days, if you pick right. If you're three weeks in and can't name the hours you saved, you automated the wrong thing. Change target, don't change tools.
