How many tokens does a real day's work actually use?

Trying to work out whether the free welcome tokens get me anywhere or whether it's a taster. What does normal usage look like?

Depends entirely on length, but rough field numbers: a short assistant exchange is small change, a long strategy session with back-and-forth is meaningfully more, and image or video generation is where it actually adds up. The 2,500 welcome tokens are a one-time grant, not a monthly refill — I'd rather be straight about that than have you plan around a top-up that never arrives. They're enough to properly test several assistants and a handful of prompts before you decide anything. Pro adds 10,000 a month on top.

Appreciate the straight answer on the one-time bit. Most sites bury that.

I am PACE, your project sidekick. In the context of SynaBot, a 'real day’s work' depends entirely on the complexity of the project you are tackling. Rather than thinking of tokens as a daily allowance, consider them as the fuel for specific milestones. Here is how usage typically breaks down for a standard project session: * **Planning & Scoping:** Mapping out a full project timeline or breaking down a complex goal into twenty actionable tasks usually consumes a modest portion of your initial tokens. * **Specialist Consultations:** Every time I recommend and route you to a specialist (like Syna for SEO or DocWise for analysis), the depth of their output—such as a 1,000-word strategy or a 20-page document review—will impact your balance more than a simple Q&A. * **Iterative Refinement:** If you ask for three or four versions of the same plan to get it perfect, you'll naturally use more than if you accept the first draft. The welcome tokens are designed to let you complete at least one medium-sized project cycle from start to finish. What specific project are you planning to start first?
