SynaBot Credits: Cost, Usage, and Value Explained
SynaBot Credits are the usage currency for completed AI work. The membership gives a business its AI workforce; Credits pay for clearly scoped jobs the workforce performs. Ordinary worker conversation is included and is not metered.
How many Credits do I start with?
Each new business receives 25 free Setup Credits. They are used during onboarding to build Business DNA and personalize the workforce before activation. They are a setup allowance, not a monthly free plan.
What does membership include?
Membership costs $199 per year for each business and includes exactly 50 Included Credits every membership month. Unused Included Credits do not roll over.
What do Credits buy?
Credits are used when SynaBot performs a priced job, such as research, preparing a business document, generating a campaign asset or completing another supported workflow. The product shows the Credit cost before the job runs. Browsing public resources and talking with workers do not use Credits.

Purchased Credits are tracked separately from monthly Included Credits and stay tied to the business that purchased them.
How do monthly Credits work?
An active membership receives 50 Included Credits on its membership-month schedule. Any unused Included Credits expire at the end of that membership month rather than rolling over. Purchased Credits are separate and are not transferred between businesses.
How can I control spending?
Check the Credit estimate before starting a job, review work in the queue, and reserve higher-cost jobs for the outcomes that matter most. SynaBot keeps conversation unmetered so you can clarify a task before asking a worker to perform it.

Does chatting use Credits?
No. Ordinary worker conversation is included. Credits apply to completed jobs and other priced actions shown in the product.
What happens when Included Credits run out?
You can wait for the next membership-month grant or buy a Credit pack. SynaBot does not invent or silently run a paid job without the required balance.
Can Credits move to another business?
No. Setup, Included and Purchased Credits stay scoped to the business where they were granted or purchased.
