How does Maya know my business?
Maya works from your Business DNA — SynaBot's shared understanding of what you do, who you serve and how you communicate — so work starts informed instead of from a blank chat box.
Illustrative sample — not customer work
What does a sample from Maya look like?
One-week campaign brief for a local bookkeeping firm
This illustrative sample shows the kind of usable campaign brief Maya can prepare from a business's approved services, audience and tone of voice.
- Objective
- Generate consultation enquiries from owners of service businesses who are spending evenings catching up on their books.
- Core message
- Get a clear monthly view of your numbers without losing another weekend to bookkeeping.
- Seven-day plan
- Monday: publish a practical checklist article. Tuesday: adapt its three strongest points for LinkedIn. Thursday: share a short client-question post. Friday: review visits and enquiry clicks where connected data is available.
- Draft social post
- Still doing your books after the working day ends? Start with these three checks: reconcile the bank balance, review unpaid invoices and record every expense. Our monthly bookkeeping service can take the routine off your desk. Book a consultation to talk through what you need.
- Approval needed
- Review the claims, call to action and publishing dates. The post is not scheduled until an owner or admin approves the action and its displayed Credit cost.
Maya would also turn the approved plan into dated work items, so the campaign is tracked rather than left as a document.
How does a typical job with Maya work?
A typical job moves from a clear outcome to prepared work, human approval and a recorded result. Here is one practical walkthrough.
You set the outcome
Ask Maya to create one week of marketing that promotes a named service to a specific kind of customer.
Maya checks Business DNA
She uses the approved service description, customer profile, differentiators and brand voice. Missing facts are flagged instead of invented.
She prepares the campaign
Maya chooses a practical theme, drafts the campaign brief and content, and can hand website or AI-answer visibility work to Iris.
You review the work
You edit or approve the claims, links, dates and call to action. Any scheduled post shows its Credit cost before approval.
The result is recorded
Approved items enter the marketing calendar. If analytics are connected, later reporting uses the business's real data rather than estimated results.
Do I stay in control?
Yes. Anything that leaves your business — a Gmail draft, calendar event, Sheets record, Drive document or scheduled post — is shown to an owner or admin with its Credit cost and runs only after approval. Maya does not buy ads or publish anything on her own, and she does not promise rankings or AI citations. Read more about permissions, safety and security.
How does Maya fit into the AI workforce?
SynaBot's six AI managers coordinate 51 specialist AI workers. Maya leads marketing and hands work to specialists or other managers when needed. Other managers: Sam (Sales Manager), Chloe (Customer Manager), Fiona (Finance Manager), Ava (Office Manager), Henry (People Manager).
How much does it cost?
Maya is included in SynaBot membership: $199 per year per business, with 25 one-time Setup Credits and 50 Included Credits each month. Credits are used only for priced actions. See pricing.
